All three, talent, teamwork, and intelligence are required of every trustee on the board of the St. Johnsbury Chamber of Commerce. Thirteen energetic people chartered with the revitalization of the designated downtown also requires dedication and an unending supply of enthusiasm for the future of the town.

Each trustee brings a different set of talents to the table - all valued and critical to the success of the many programs and projects that the organization partners with the town to achieve. 

Board members work closely with Town Government and other organizations in town to achieve organization goals. 

Board of Trustees:
Trustees are elected for three year terms and are governed by the Organization Bylaws. As a 501(c)3 charitable organization the St Johnsbury Chamber of Commerce board also governs according to Vermont State Statutes and IRS non-profit regulations. Nominations are taken from the community at large. 

Election of Trustees takes place annually to fill open positions on the board. The board strives for diversity and individuals who are interested in actively moving the town toward improved overall well being.
